Able to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as recipes, operating procedures, and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities

Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Is meticulous about using exact measurements, paying strict attention to timing and working on a tight, fast-paced production schedule

Must be 18 years of age or older

Bakers are responsible for ensuring baked goods are prepared according to established recipes, prepping those baked goods for sale and delivery and maintaining a clean work environment

Primary duties include baking or production of cake pops, cupcakes, sugar cookies, chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate covered Oreos, Rice Krispies treats and caramel wrapped pretzels to name a few. As well as stocking bins, washing cookie trays, etc

Bakers preparation will include assembling, disassembling, washing, rinsing, glove wearing, and sanitizing all equipment within the work area

Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and dust the shop area.

Great hours for a balanced work schedule, closed on Sundays and major holidays!
