Q. How do I place an order?
An order can be placed by emailing us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 614-723-9323 Monday-Friday 9am -6pm or Saturday from 9am-noon eastern standard time.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend that you call us to place your order at least two weeks in advance but always give us a call just in case. We can usually accommodate most orders however, the more notice you give us the more likely we will be able to fulfill your order.
Q. Do I need to pre-pay?
We kindly request payment in advance. Orders are not on our books until they are paid.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks, and Cash.
Q. How do I care for my Sadie Baby Sweets products?
Cupcake: Cupcakes are meant to be enjoyed right away. If you plan to store them we recommend that you cover the bakery box in plastic wrap or place the cupcakes in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them for up to 10 days. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.
Cake Pops: Cake pops will last up to 7 days if kept at room temperature, in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place. They are best kept either wrapped or in a plastic airtight container until ready to display and/ or serve. They can be frozen for up to 1 month if they are individually wrapped and in an airtight container! Just let them defrost until they reach room temperature and enjoy!
Chocolate Covered Pretzels: Pretzels will last up to 1 month at room temperature in a cool, dry place. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
Q: Is there a minimum for cake pops, chocolate covered pretzels, push pops and cupcakes orders?
Because of our small batch size, we ask that flavors be ordered in quantities of one dozen or more.
Q. How many flavors or colors can I have per dozen?
We offer up to 2 colors and one flavor per dozen. For alternative options on special or larger orders please contact us.
Q. Can I customize my cake pops for a special theme or event?
Yes! We can completely customize cake pops to match your party or special event. We will recommend flavors based on the colors that you need to match your theme or decorations. We’ll send your guests home with personalized party favors that provide a sweet reminder of your event. We can design individually wrapped cake pops, chocolate covered pretzels, push pops, cookies and boxed cupcakes with your monogram, favorite picture, company’s logo or ribbon.
Q. Do you offer cake pop, push pop and cupcake display stands for rent?
Yes! We offer display stands for rent. This ensures that your cake pops, push pops, cupcakes and sweets are beautifully displayed. Call or email us for specific pricing. We require a security deposit upfront which will be returned to you if the stand is brought back in acceptable condition.
Q. Does Sadie Baby Sweets Cater?
Sadie Baby Sweets creates beautiful sweets tables for all types of celebrations: from weddings and graduations, to birthdays and corporate events. We offer drop-off catering services or pick up. We work closely with you and offer a dynamic selection of options you can mix and match to create the perfect look for a stunning and delicious dessert spread.
Q. Do your products contain nuts?
While peanuts and other tree nuts may not be a key ingredient in many of our baked goods, all of our baked goods are made in the same area where products containing various nut items are created. Though best practices are used in the manufacturing of our baked goods, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.
Q. Do you have any gluten free products?
Yes! We do offer gluten free products and are looking to add more! Please check back often as our menu changes.
Q. Do you ship your sweet treats?
Yes! We offer shipping in Ohio! Please contact us for a personal quote. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.
Q. Do you ship during the summer months?
Due to high temperatures across the US in the summer months, all orders placed for shipment between May – September will be shipped OVERNIGHT. Contact us for a personal quote.
Q. What If I do not receive my email confirmation?
A confirmation email will be sent you to with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us at email@example.com. or 614-723-9323
Q. What do you do when a recipient is not at home / office at the time of delivery?
Delivery can be tracked by using the tracking number in your email confirmation. We do not require a signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.
Q: How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders must be changed or cancelled 96 hours before pick up. 50% of the total amount of the order cancelled is non refundable. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a delivery date in the future, Please call 614-723-9323 so that we may assist you with your request.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If there is a problem with an order you received, please call 614-723-9323 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. If returning in person the product must be returned to us within 24hrs and must not be eaten.
